Responsibilities of a new team member:

  • Ensuring smooth daily office operations and cooperation with partners in order to successfully organize every day activities in it;
  • Preparation of internal and external documents of the organization, registration, handling of various correspondence;
  • Receiving information, providing it by phone and e-mail;
  • Help in organizing internal company events;
  • Willingness to work and grow together with the company and the team.

We expect that:

  • You have a university education;
  • You have at least 2 years of administrative work experience;
  • You communicate well in English orally and in writing;
  • You know how to organize office activities and want to help team members in daily work;
  • You are proactive, positive, responsible, you know how to plan your working day very well.
