Reporting violations

UAB Lords LB Asset Management (hereinafter referred to as the Management Company) promotes responsibility and fairness and carries out its activities in compliance with the highest ethical standards. If you have a suspicion that an employee of the Management Company, its business partner or any other related person behaved unethically or his/her conduct did not comply with the applicable laws, please notify us thereof. The Management Company ensures that after your notice has been received, it will be examined by the responsible persons of the Management Company in a confidential manner.

ACTIONS TO BE REPORTED

The Management Company requests you to report any actions of its employees, business partners or other related persons which:

  • violate the applicable laws and other legal acts as well as the policies, procedures or instructions of the Management Company;
  • may negatively affect the reputation of the Management Company;
  • may inflict damage on the health or safety of the employees, clients or third parties;
  • may cause damage to the public interests.

Report a breach of the personal data protection requirements

In case you have observed or suffered from a data breach, you have a suspicion of the potential data breach, or you believe your personal data was treated in unlawful way please fill in report form below.

Data provided in this form will be handled in accordance with Managment company Data protection and Privacy policies. Filled-in form will be forwarded to Management company employee responsible for data protection (Data Protection Officer).

    Client Complaint form

    This form is dedicated for the Management company clients to report violations in regards to Management company employees, partners or other related parties, which:

    • violate the applicable laws and other legal acts as well as the policies, procedures or instructions of the Management Company;
    • may negatively affect the reputation of the Management Company;
    • may inflict damage on the health or safety of the employees, clients or third parties;

      Whistleblower form

      This form is dedicated to report threats or violations of the laws and applicable regulations (including internal Management company policies and instructions). Employees, clients, partners and suppliers can use this form.

      The identity of the whistleblower is protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Form will be forwarded to management company employee responsible for handling whistleblower forms (Chief Compliance officer). Information provided will be handled in accordance with management company Governance, Data protection policies and other relevant instructions.

      Report can be provided anonymously, however reporting anonymously, might limit the possibilities to investigate the claim, prevent or stop the violation and deploy suitable counter measures.

        Employee Grievance

        This form is dedicated for Management company Employees (or employees of suppliers/sub-contractors) to report inappropriate treatment, bulling or discrimination, favouritism or other inappropriate or unethical conduct in the workplace.

        Form will be forwarded to Management company Employee responsible for handling Employee grievance (Chairman/Chairwomen of Employee council). Information provided will be handled in accordance with management company Governance, data protection policies and other instructions.
