If you have a suspicion that an employee of the Management Company, its business partner or any other related person behaved unethically or his/her conduct did not comply with the applicable laws, please notify us thereof. The Management Company ensures that after your notice has been received, it will be examined by the responsible persons of the Management Company in a confidential manner.
ACTIONS TO BE REPORTED
The Management Company requests you to report any actions of its employees, business partners or other related persons which:
- violate the applicable laws and other legal acts as well as the policies, procedures or instructions of the Management Company;
- may negatively affect the reputation of the Management Company;
- may inflict damage on the health or safety of the employees, clients or third parties;
- may cause damage to the public interests.
